Catalog description

This is the fifth in a 5-course sequence that examines occupational function, dysfunction, and adaptation in adults. This course specifically addresses clinical pathology, theory, and practice related to the physical domain of human occupation. Evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions which fall under biomechanical, rehabilitative, sensorimotor, task-oriented, and neurodevelopmental frames of reference while applying occupation-based models are reviewed and practiced. This course also highlights concepts related to neurorehabilitation and advanced occupational therapy physical rehabilitation treatment techniques.
