Catalog description

Students will explore the intersection of theory, evidence, and legal considerations that guide testing and intervention in pediatric practice. Commonly used pediatric tests will be assessed and used as part of the process of pediatric evaluation. Test results and resources for evidence based practice will be used to guide development of intervention plans and activities with a diverse population. Students will also engage in guided lab activities to gain hands-on experience in pediatric practice activities.
