Occupational Therapy Practicum & Seminar II: Introduction to the OT Clinic

Catalog description

This course is a clinical experiential course that runs simultaneously with a weekly seminar. Students spend time in an occupational therapy setting in the community, observing evaluations, treatment and therapist-client interactions. The accompanying seminar offers an arena to share and discuss observations, clinical reasoning, and supervision issues. Additionally, the seminar is an opportunity to apply learning from their practicum and reading. Students may take this course more than once.
