Springfield College · UGRD · Fall 2026
Catalog description
This course is designed for students who aspire to leadership roles especially those of becoming effective education change leaders in cross-sector contexts. Professional, ethical and social advocacy issues also are addressed throughout this course. Students will analyze and critique literature from many perspectives: general leadership, organizational change, ethical leadership and organizational politics.
