Leadership in a Diverse Society

Catalog description

This course, designed with tomorrow’s leaders in mind, examines appropriate and current leadership skills which will create effective organizations and build a knowledge base of the multi-diversified groups and sub-groups with whom educational leaders must interact. Participants demonstrate the requisite skills that are necessary for effective leadership with diverse populations through the study of social justice issues in society.
