Assessment and Documentation in Early Childhood Education

Catalog description

In this course, participants develop knowledge and skills necessary for selecting, using, interpreting, and evaluating measurements, screening instruments, and providing documentation for techniques utilized and employed by professionals when assessing children (0-8 years of age). Participants develop effective techniques for communicating assessment results to parents/guardians and other appropriate agency staff.
