This course provides an overview of the foundations of early childhood education, while focusing on fostering professional development, reflective teaching and learning, and the best practices for children and their families. The course also emphasizes the integration of decision-making and teaching. This learning process serves as a foundation for a lifelong journey of effectively working with young children, including infants, toddler, preschoolers, and early elementary-aged children, as well as in creating developmentally appropriate educational and care programs.
