Transformative Cross-Culture Youth Leadership

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to compare and contrast transformative with non-transformative models of youth leadership development in the context of communities. The students examine, analyze and reflect on how personal identities as leaders and leadership practice have been influenced by the models of transformational leadership introduced in the course.
