Catalog description

This course investigates the legal framework that the U.S. mass media business operates under in relation to the controls that thegovernment has enacted. Students examine the different areas of law and legal precedence.This involves court cases, both nationally and regionally, governmental offices and decrees, and self-controls performed by the different forms of the media.
