Advanced 3D Animation

Catalog description

The objective of this course is to expand on previous knowledge and allow the student to investigate advanced procedures in 3D animation and workflow. The full 3D development pipeline is explored through a series of related 3D animation experiments. The student completes individual 3D exercises in order to supplement a final portfolio. The outcome of these exercises is delivered through current generation technologies including computer, smartphone and internet media. Contemporary animation and animated films are also viewed and discussed throughout the semester.
