Exercise Testing and Prescription for Special Populations

This course provides an exploration of exercise testing and prescription considerations for youth and those with chronic health conditions. Emphasis is placed on understanding the physiological response to exercise, selecting and administering appropriate assessments, designing safe and effective exercise programs, and monitoring progress for these various special populations.
