Catalog description

Students will develop abasic understanding of human anatomy and physiology essential for practical nursing. The course covers basic structure and function of each major body system, as well as common pathologies. Principles of nursing care to assist patients in preventing disease, maintaining wellness, and restoring health are also addressed. Course delivered in 16-week module (4 hours of lecture per week).
