Catalog description
This course prepares students to begin asuccessful college career in the Precision Machining Technology program. Students will learn and understand all safety aspects for all the precision machining machinery. The course also teaches the students all the information and technology that is needed for the entire PMT program which includes work ethic expectations, clothing requirements, machinist tools, measurements, and computer uses. An understanding of the PMT program requirements and expectations will be presented in this course.
