This course provides information about the ethics, listening skills, verbal/ written communication, respect, professional conduct, cultural competence, self-management (i.e. time, stress, change), interpersonal skills (i.e., negotiation, conflict resolution, customer service, teamwork), and problem- solving skills that apply to the role of apharmacy technician.
