Catalog description

The course is designed to use the nursing process to provide family healthcare during the child-bearing cycle. Learning situations are provided in the classroom setting, the skills laboratory, simulated sessions and in the reality of the hospital setting. Clinical experience is primarily in the hospital maternity setting.
