Catalog description
The course is designed to enable the student to perform basic nursing procedures related to the care of patients. Focus of the course is on developing atheoretical foundation for specified procedures along with practice of the procedures in asimulated setting in the classroom and laboratory. The course will prepare the student to perform basic procedures necessary to the nursing care of apatient. This course is required for selected students who are beginning their nursing career.
