Catalog description

This course is to be taken concurrently with College Algebra (MATH 112). Math skills which are necessary for astudent to be successful in College Algebra will be emphasized, specifically: reviewing fundamental algebraic skills; describing and graphing basic functions; solving equations and inequalites; and using technology appropriately. In addition, effective learning strategies will be discussed and integrated throughout the course.
