Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce fundamental knowledge of surveying methods. Provides the participant with an understanding of the use of the transit, level, tape, Theodolites and total stations, fundamental surveying procedures, and land surveying. After completion of this course students will be able to implement modern survey techniques and skills necessary to present surveying reports in aprofessional manner. This course is cross-listed with CET 145. Students will receive credit for only one of the cross-listed courses, either CET 145 or ENGR 251.
