Catalog description

Astudy of the general elements concerning the process of United States Labor & Management relations in the Aviation and Aerospace Industry with other emphasis on elements of the industry covered under intrastate commerce regulations. The course is designed to provide abroad overview of two major federal labor laws utilized in the aviation labor environment; the Railway Labor Act and the National Labor Relations Act. The course will move from asurvey of the historical, legal, and structural environments to aclose examination of negotiations, administration and major content of the labor agreement.
