Catalog description
Astudio course introducing an exploration of the elements and principles of two-dimensional design emphasizing the use of black and white media. The students will develop an understanding of compositional structure and their applications through aseries of design related projects. The students will experiment with the use of line shape, texture, space, value and color. The course explores the possibilities and limitations of processes, materials and techniques as related to two-dimensional design in visual art.
