Catalog description

In this course, graduates will focus on students with language-based learning disabilities who struggle with the cognitive and self-regulating tasks associated with executive function. Graduates will analyze theoretical models and research related to executive function skills critical for academic success. Graduates will learn to develop engaging instructional resources and effective teaching strategies that support these skills. Additionally, graduates will gain expertise in developing assessments to monitor student progress in acquiring and applying executive function skills, enhancing their learning outcomes.
