Catalog description

In this course, students will investigate the psychological, social, and cultural drivers that shape consumer behavior and decision making. Students will analyze segmentation strategies, customer journey maps, and motivational theories to understand how consumer insights influence brand perception, loyalty, and market positioning. By applying these insights, students will develop data-informed marketing plans that align with customer values, behaviors, and needs to support ethical, effective marketing strategies.
