How might leaders encompass the ideals and values within the community to create a thriving learning organization? This course focuses on the leadership strategies and dispositions required to engage with various stakeholders and respond the diverse needs of the school community. Participants will explore how leaders involve and seek out the input from the community stakeholders (professional and local) to drive decision-making and ensure equitable and vibrant school communities.
