Catalog description

In this course, students will apply advanced construction management skills throughout the various phases of the project lifecycle. They will plan construction projects, manage the work and outputs of interdisciplinary teams, and lead project meetings using industry best practices. Through a combination of authentic professional examples and practical exercises, students will explore the role of project planning, contracts, financial management, safety regulations, and quality assurance on the achievement of successful project outcomes. This course will prepare students to effectively manage complex construction projects and lead teams in professional environments.
