In this course, students will explore fundamental legal concepts in construction project management. They will analyze various contract delivery methods, evaluate contract types, and assess their impact on projects. Students will also examine key legal and ethical issues, such as liability, disputes, and regulatory compliance, gaining skills to navigate contracts and mitigate risks in construction projects.
