In this course, students will explore the key responsibilities of a construction manager across various construction project delivery methods. Students will explore a combination of foundational knowledge and practical industry insights, while developing skills in the primary areas of construction management, including project coordination, project estimating, and administrative management. At the completion of the course, students will be prepared to apply their skills to a variety of industry roles for effective construction management and project outcomes.
