Natural Language Processing

Catalog description

The Natural Language Processing course will introduce students to concepts of using machine learning algorithms within natural language processing models. Students will select, prepare, and format data sets for use within natural language processing models and algorithms. They will also gain practical knowledge and skills in training, testing, and implementation of a natural language processing model. Through practical application of iterative design practices, students will address an industry-relevant problem by implementing a natural language processing model as a solution.
