In this course, students will apply ethical, evidence-based leadership strategies and practices to address complex challenges in criminal justice. Through an integrative project, they will analyze contemporary issues, develop data-informed solutions, recommend policy improvements, and demonstrate innovative thinking. Emphasizing data-driven decision making, strategic problem solving, accountability, and leading with integrity, this course prepares students to drive meaningful and sustainable improvements in criminal justice policy, practice, and administration.
