Catalog description

In this course, students will critically examine the evolving roles of criminal justice professionals within the judicial system. They will analyze procedural differences across local, state, and federal courts, exploring the influence of landmark cases, legal precedents, technological innovations, and systemic inequalities. By analyzing contemporary issues in judicial processes, students will develop evidence-based reform strategy recommendations that promote fairness, efficiency, and justice within the court system.
