In this course, students will explore how to assess and enhance the performance of criminal justice agencies through effective leadership strategies. They will evaluate agency effectiveness through a critical, evidence-based lens, using data, policies, and organizational structures to identify strengths and uncover inefficiencies. Students will apply strategies to improve accountability, organizational culture, and mission alignment, gaining the skills needed to make informed, strategic decisions that support meaningful organizational change.
