Catalog description

In this course, students will explore ethical leadership and decision-making principles essential for leaders of modern criminal justice organizations. They will critically analyze ethical dilemmas, leverage relevant decision-making models, and apply strategies to promote accountability, transparency, and public trust. Through case studies and critical reflection, students will strengthen their ability to lead ethically across diverse settings, respond to dynamic and complex public safety concerns, and navigate evolving societal expectations, technological advancements, and challenges in criminal justice and policy compliance.
