This course is an introduction to helping professions and ethical codes of conduct. The focus is on mental health employment opportunities and the educational/skill requirements for these positions. Through experiential exercises and recording, students will practice and develop basic helping skills and describe community mental/behavioral health resources. Please note - this course was previously offered as CPD 117.
