Funeral Service Law and Ethics

Catalog description

This course covers the fundamentals of funeral service law with a focus on the ethical considerations relevant to the funeral profession. Emphasis is placed on, general law as it relates to funeral service, Nevada and other state laws, applicable Federal Laws, contracts and other legal documents, and finally the ethical concerns beyond the law.
