Field School in Biology

Catalog description

Field biology is a class designed to provide students with experience and knowledge of techniques commonly used in field research. The class focuses on the ecology of the region and the natural history of the plants and animals that occur there. This is a field class and attendance during a long (approximately 2-week) field trip is a required part of the course. We will be away from campus on a single long trip during most of the class.
