Designed mainly to introduce ASL and to focus on the development of basic conversational skills, emphasizing receptive skills. Strongly recommended AM 156 taken in the same semester (concurrently). Please note: Students MUST earn a C- or better in this course for completion of the AAS or BAS Deaf Studies.
