Catalog description

This course will build on outcomes from Real Estate Transactions I, Civil Law Property, and related juridical acts and real property transactions. The course objective is to integrate and apply knowledge gained to perform in every phase of the real estate closing, including title examinations and drafting title opinions. Additionally, this course will focus on due diligence as relates zoning and code enforcement with respect to Blighted and Adjudicated properties.
