Catalog description

This course concentrates on preparation for the Federal Jurisdiction portion of the bar. The class focuses on the past 5 years of the Louisiana bar, ending with the most recently released Bar. It is particularly helpful for those students who will be taking the Louisiana bar, but because the federal rules are the same throughout the country, it is also helpful for those students taking the bar in other states. Further, the course covers good techniques for taking and passing the bar, such as time management, methods of drafting an answer to get the most points, as well as other common test taking strategies.
