LA Bar Exam Prep II

Catalog description

An overview of the topics tested on the Louisiana Bar Examination –specifically the following sections: Torts, Code II, Business Entities, Code III, and Federal Jurisdiction and Procedure. The course will focus on developing techniques that will assist with preparing for the bar examination. Students will learn how the various sections of the bar examination are traditionally designed and the substantive focus of each section.
