Catalog description

This course focuses on the law pertaining to the sale of goods and the principal commercial law governing such transactions (namely Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code). Focus will be directed to concepts around contract formation under the UCC; establishment of express and implied contract terms; interpretation of terms; creation and disclaimer of warranties; risk of loss; remedies for breach.
