This course is required for students who perform at a beginning or developing level on SULC’s institutional assessments conducted in the Wills and Trusts or Successions, and Federal Jurisdiction and Procedure course. The course begins with an individual assessment of the specific needs of each student. The coursework is focused on skill-based learning and involves the completion of several analytical writing exercises, involving Torts I and II topics, with substantial feedback.
