The Global Law and Practice Course is a seminar that will focus the student on the following topics: structuring and negotiating international joint ventures, antitrust issues associated with international joint ventures, international corruption, the role of The World Trade Organizations, the importance of China, India, Russia, the European Union, the United States and developing nations in global trade law and practice issues.
