Intro to Legal Practice

Catalog description

The course focuses on developing fundamental skills for legal practice, while integrating doctrinal knowledge from first-year courses, as tested on the NextGen bar exam. The NextGen Bar is intended to be an integrated exam that sets out to assess both a test taker's doctrinal knowledge of the law and the skills that are fundamental to practicing law. As such, this course will introduce the experiential skills that students will need to master and pass the bar exam.
