Catalog description

This course is required for students who perform at a beginning or developing level on SULC's institutional assessments conducted in the Torts II course. The course begins with an individual assessment of the specific needs of each student. The coursework is focused on skill-based learning and involves the completion of several analytical writing exercises, involving legal topics covered in first and/or second year of study, with substantial feedback.
