Catalog description

The major focus is on the law of contracts for the sale of goods, as embodied in Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Emphasis is placed on remedies for breach of contract and warranties as to quality. Throughout, a comparison is made to the similar concepts developed at common law. Contracts I is a prerequisite for this course.
