Catalog description

This course is an introduction to the law of contracts, dealing with formation, consideration, capacity, offer and acceptance), techniques for policing the bargaining process, interpreting contractual bargains, and an introduction to remedies. Although the course is essentially an introduction to the common law of contacts there will be attention to statutory materials, including the Restatement 2nd of Contracts and the Commercial Code.
