This course is an introduction to the concepts of management and organizational behavior. Concentra- tion on ethical and social responsibility, the planning process, decision making, organizational behavior, or- ganizational structure, power, authority, delegation, and decentralization. As part of the study of management this course covers such topics as organizational change, staffing, leadership, motivation, communication, and managerial controls.
