A continuation of EPT 131 Emergency Preparedness Training I. Prepares individuals in public and private entities/agencies, and educational institutions that coordinate and manage emergency and disaster response services and related activities at various phases of natural and man-made emergencies and disasters. Topics covered may include any combination from the following topics: Incident Command System (ICS), National Incident Management Systems (NIMS), National Response Framework (NRF), Campus Violence Prevention, Campus Threat Assessment, and related emergency training. This course is intended to be offered as variable credit and may be repeated three times. (3 credit, 3 lecture, 0 lab) SCIENCES
