Catalog description
This course is designed to satisfy the mathematics requirement for degrees and programs that are non-STEM and do not require College Algebra. This course is designed to help students understand mathematics in everyday life. Students will use algebra, logic, proportions and relations to solve problems as consumers, employees, and citizens in today's society. Previous to 2021SP, the course was named Quantitative Literacy ACTS Equivalent Course Number = MATH 1113 (Offered in fall and spring)
