Catalog description
Provides instruction on classification of metals, identification of tool steels, and their applications. Requires the student to perform advanced milling machine and turning operations that simulate NIMS standard. Lecture: 1.0 credits (15 contact hours). Laboratory: 5.0 credits (150 contact hours).
