Catalog description

The course provides opportunities for the ADN RN to explore the professional role of the bachelors prepared registered nurse in the complex health care delivery system. The concepts include, but not limited to, critical thinking, clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, roles, values, and ethics in professional nursing. The course enhances students' communication skills as they collaborate with two or more healthcare professions in rendering evidence-based patient-centered care.
